Bee a Part of the Pollinator Community
Just as bees bring life to ecosystems, your support empowers women survivors to create lasting change—becoming stronger, more confident women and creating a brighter future for families in Baltimore.
What is a Pollinator?
A pollinator is an individual, business, corporation or church who commits to give monthly.
Consistent giving is vital to sponsoring women survivors rebuilding their lives through The Well’s COR Life Development resources and programs, changing their lives and the next generation. The only way we can work to solve the challenges in our community is to do it together.
How to Become a Pollinator?
Individual: $150 per month ($1,800 annually)
Corporations and Businesses: $420 per month ($5,000 annually)
Churches and Religious Organizations: $250 per month ($3,000 annually)
See the bottom of the page for the step-by-step process.
Why support The Well monthly?
Your monthly gift creates something every woman at The Well is searching for— stability.
As funding sources shift and become less certain, your consistent support becomes a lifeline. It gives us the ability to plan ahead, respond with care, and walk with women as they rise from trauma into purpose.
The need is real:
44% of households in Baltimore are headed by women
49% of women and 52% of children live in poverty
Children are present in 40% of domestic violence incidents
68% of students rely on free or reduced-price meals
The median income in our city is $38,281
In a world that often feels unpredictable, your steady support through our Pollinator Community keeps The Well grounded—and growing.
Because stability shouldn’t be rare. And hope should never have to wait. We need your help!
